L'ENS et sa Fondation sont honorées d'annoncer la conférence exceptionnelle du Professeur Eric Wieschaus, Squibb Professor in Molecular Biology à l'université de Princeton (USA) et prix Nobel de physiologie ou médecine 1995.

Using mathematics and physics to solve the problems of biology is destined to be the life’s work of Arghyadip Mukherjee, Junior Research Chair at QBio, the ENS facility within the PariSanté Campus research hub. His academic journey from West Bengal to Paris, via Dresden, reflects the growing importance of quantitative biology in unlocking the mystery of embryonic life.

Il y a tout juste un an était lancé QBio, un centre international transdisciplinaire ancré dans le nouvel écosystème PariSanté Campus, pour comprendre et prévoir l'organisation fondamentale du vivant. Au cœur du projet, le QLab, un fablab novateur qui permettra aux étudiants de toutes disciplines de découvrir et de se former à l’expérimentation en biologie quantitative.

Jean-François Allemand, professeur au département de physique de l’ENS est l'un des coordinateurs du QLab.
